Where Do the Numbers on the Pro Forma Come From?
The sellers and property managers of each property provide the data points that are used in the pro forma analysis. RTR does not determine rent, insurance, management fees, expenses, etc. Please make sure to confirm all information is accurate during due diligence of a property you have under contract.

How Does Rent to Retirement Make Money?
When we enter a real estate market we start the search for reliable rehab teams or construction companies who can bring consistent inventory to our investors. After we identify the teams, we are able to offer the property to someone whose goals match as a buy and hold investment for cash flow and appreciation. Our profit margin is built into the purchase price, so there is no additional cost to the investor beyond a normal real estate transaction. As long as the cash flow makes sense for the end investor this can be a win-win for everyone involved. This is how the best business partnerships are created!

Does Rent to Retirement Own the Properties?
Rent to Retirement does not own the properties listed on our website. After we’ve analyzed the market we find the right teams in the area to bring properties to our investors. They then build or rehab the properties for us to showcase to investors as possible additions to their portfolios. This allows us to scale our business across multiple markets. This also allows RTR to provide unbiased advice about which markets, properties and teams might best fit your goals since we are not the owners, sellers or property managers of the properties.
