Zach Lemaster is the founder & CEO of Rent To Retirement, the nation's leading turnkey investment company. Zach is a seasoned real estate investor and licensed broker that has accumulated a large portfolio of rental properties across multiple markets including single family, multifamily, commercial and new construction. Zach is a licensed Optometrist who practices on a volunteer basis.

Zach started investing in real estate while working as an Optometrist & Captain for the US Air Force. This eventually allowed him to retire early from his career in medicine to be a professional investor by strategically investing in markets that maximize cash flow, appreciation & equity. Zach went on to build a successful wholesaling, flipping & management business working across multiple markets which led to the foundation for Rent to Retirement.

He is considered an industry expert in real estate market analytics. Zach has been published across many exceptional national platforms including: Forbes, USA Today, Fox News, NBC, CBS, Veterans' Affairs, Think Reality, and Inc. 5000. He is passionate about educating others on the numerous benefits of real estate investing, and how to use real estate as means to create the lifestyle each person desires for their family!

Matthew has a deep passion for Real Estate and its benefits beyond just the money. With a background working in finance, he has seen first hand how much of an amplifier owning real estate can be to someone's life goals. Having worked in the consumer loan space with large financial institutions and holding multiple state licenses as a mortgage loan originator, he loves the task of making peoples current personal finances fit their short and long term investing goals.

Most of his personal real estate portfolio being bought and sold out of state has made him able and excited to assist others in understanding the process and major benefit in expanding horizons beyond their local market.

He currently lives in Salt Lake City, UT where he does his two favorite things: Invest in real estate and spend time with his wife and 2 children.

Scott is a Client Relations Manager at Rent to Retirement. Scott truly believes that Real Estate is something that anyone can do successfully once they have the right knowledge. That is why he is passionate about teaching others how to take advantage of such an amazing asset. He understands that once a person is educated properly on how to take control of their future financially they can achieve freedom in their life that unfortunately less and less people get to experience today.

Scott's story is like many. He became tired of the rat race and wanted a better solution. After studying many options and unsuccessful attempts, he was finally able to find someone that taught him how to take advantage of real estate investing. Now he is able to take that excitement and focus it on others so that hopefully one day they can do the same.

Lars has been involved with real estate for 10 years, originally focused on back-end technology. He has been involved in the investing side for the past eight years. Over the past five years, Lars has helped investors purchase over 1,000 turnkey passive income properties in several different states. Throughout his real estate career, Lars has made hundreds of close connections helping people open doors they never thought possible.

Whether working to educate a brand new investor or helping an experienced investor see things from a different point of view, Lars is dedicated to building close relationships and helping people achieve their investment goals by helping create a path to financial freedom.

Tommy has been an Investment Strategist at Rent to Retirement since 2023, helping hundreds of investors successfully close on rental properties. He first discovered his passion for helping others achieve their goals while earning his Master’s degree in Teaching. As a public school teacher, he thrived on identifying students' strengths and collaborating with others to support their growth and success. Today, as an Investment Strategist, Tommy brings that same approach to working with both new and experienced investors alike.

Tommy is also a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and an investor himself. Like many investors, he began investing in real estate in his hometown before transitioning his portfolio primarily out of state, embracing the philosophy of living where you want and investing where it makes sense. When he’s not working with clients or evaluating deals, Tommy enjoys just about anything outdoors—from skiing to fishing. With 12 years of experience in real estate investing, Melissa has built a solid reputation for helping buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of the housing market. Specializing in both the sale and purchase of homes, Melissa has honed a keen understanding of market trends and investment strategies. Her passion for real estate and commitment to client success has driven her to seek new opportunities to assist investors in achieving financial freedom. Joining the Rent To Retirement team, Melissa is thrilled to contribute her expertise in helping investors create passive residual income, leveraging her extensive background to guide others toward a future of financial independence.

Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Studies with a concentration in Acting from Pace University in NYC and is also a licensed realtor in NJ.

Melissa enjoys traveling, documentaries, home renovation and design, low-tox living, nutrition, live music, U.S. history and spending time with family.

Daniel Nieves is a seasoned digital marketing specialist and video producer with over a decade of experience in video editing and production. Based in Cedar City, UT, and serving as the Chief Marketing Director of Snow Productions. Daniel brings significant marketing experiencing and is using that to increase Rent to Retirement's online presence.

Mark is a skilled professional with experience in content management, project management, and digital media marketing. His knowledge includes developing and implementing effective content strategies, ensuring that all digital materials are relevant, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Mark is also adept at utilizing various digital media platforms and marketing techniques to achieve strong brand visibility and audience engagement in an ever evolving digital world.

Mark resides in Denver, where he fulfills his passion for photography and videography. He has a formal education in graphic design and utilizes as much of his free time as he can painting, sculpting, keeping as many house plants alive as possible.

Tim has been an entrepreneur, investor and video producer for nearly a decade. He has a passion for media, real estate and community.

In addition to his own investments, Tim is also a licensed NYS real estate agent who helps other investors start or scale their portfolios. He is a husband and father of three and loves fitness, traveling and most of all, encouraging and helping others to achieve their goals.

Adam Luehrs is a copywriter that has been covering real estate for over ten years now. He focuses mostly on finance writing and has a passion for real estate, credit card deals, and investing.

He's originally from San Diego but now calls the world his office. When he's not tapping away at his keyboard, you can find him exploring new countries or hiking in his backyard.
