Zach started investing in real estate while working as an Optometrist & Captain for the US Air Force. This eventually allowed him to retire early from his career in medicine to be a professional investor by strategically investing in markets that maximize cash flow, appreciation & equity. Zach went on to build a successful wholesaling, flipping & management business working across multiple markets which led to the foundation for Rent to Retirement.
He is considered an industry expert in real estate market analytics. Zach has been published across many exceptional national platforms including: Forbes, USA Today, Fox News, NBC, CBS, Veterans' Affairs, Think Reality, and Inc. 5000. He is passionate about educating others on the numerous benefits of real estate investing, and how to use real estate as means to create the lifestyle each person desires for their family!
Prior to joining Rent to Retirement in 2023, Grant was the COO of Wholesale Payments, a credit card payment processing company based in Texas with 95+ W-2 employees and more than 400 sales representatives across all 50 states. During his tenure, he helped increase company revenue by more than 790% in four short years leading them to be listed as #800 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list and #51 on the Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest list.
Grant has a passion for real estate and has since his early days in banking where he underwrote more than $100,000,000 in real estate loans over several years as a credit analyst and facilitated the same as a commercial lender. Whether it’s a new build or remodel, he has significant experience from all stages of the real estate purchasing process including participating in flips, remodels, and rentals with his wife.
He received his MBA from Texas Tech University as well as a BBA in Finance and BBA in Personal Financial Planning from Lubbock Christian University where he also serves on their School of Business Advisory Board.
Scott's story is like many. He became tired of the rat race and wanted a better solution. After studying many options and unsuccessful attempts, he was finally able to find someone that taught him how to take advantage of real estate investing. Now he is able to take that excitement and focus it on others so that hopefully one day they can do the same.
Throughout his career, he has held the title of a local news reporter, podcast host, and producer for nationally syndicated companies such as NPR and MPR.
Adam began his RE journey in 2006, while producing a RE radio show. His catalogue includes nearly 2,000 RE related podcasts from multiple shows. He has a passion about RE investing and is always excited to talk RE and help people start their investing journey.
The crux of RE investing for Adam is his knowledge. He hopes to provide confidence and knowledge to investors through his podcasts and videos. Adam currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife and four children
Cori is extremely passionate about helping investors start and/or continue their journeys and loves seeing them achieve their financial goals for themselves and their families. She has almost exclusively invested out of state her entire career allowing her to achieve much better returns than she can locally in Southern California. She is excited to support others and assist them to take the opportunity to grow out of their areas so that they have time and freedom to choose the life they want.
Whether working to educate a brand new investor or helping an experienced investor see things from a different point of view, Lars is dedicated to building close relationships and helping people achieve their investment goals by helping create a path to financial freedom.
Tommy developed his passion for helping people achieve their goals while earning his Master’s Degree in Teaching. As a public school teacher, he loved identifying students’ strengths, and supporting their growth and success. As an investment strategist, he hopes to do the same for beginner and seasoned investors alike. Tommy is excited to be part of Rent to Retirement’s incredible team, and to use his unique skill set to provide investors with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their financial goals.
Sydney is a dynamic and results-driven operations specialist with four years of expertise in the operations space. Sydney's innate ability to identify opportunities for optimization and streamline complex workflows has led to significant cost savings and enhanced productivity for her teams. Her strategic mindset and collaborative approach enable her to implement practical and innovative solutions, ensuring seamless operations and sustained business growth. As a versatile problem solver, Sydney continues to make a meaningful impact in the field of process improvement, driving success for her clients and leaving a lasting impression on the industry.
Sydney first became interested in real estate several years ago after purchasing her first home and has continued to be interested in investment opportunities and financial education since. She is excited to bring her passion and experience to the Rent to Retirement team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University.
He has designed both print and digital materials for photography studios, music artists, and an array of local businesses. His experience has allowed him to explore a plethora of design media ranging from brand identities, photography catalog layouts, website elements, concert posters, and digital motion graphics. His love for aesthetics in art is what drives him to create unique and effective graphic design. However, his interest in creative solutions is not limited to art and design.
Rent To Retirement's unique approach to real estate investing drew him to the company (pun totally intended) and he aspires to continue his real estate education with hopes to become a successful investor himself.
He has also founded several startup companies, including numerous computer-based training (CBT) programs aimed at educating real estate investors and PropTech ventures. In 2018 he received an MBA from the Kogod School of Business at American University, and in 2021 received a Masters of Arts in Leadership & Education Studies from the University of San Diego.
Greg is a former Marine Corps Officer with ten years of service. Greg has worked alongside Zach Lemaster since 2018 and was brought onto the Rent To Retirement team to act as the Chief Operations Officer for Rent To Retirement's education program, "The Rent To Retirement Academy".
Courtney is passionate about real estate & financial education. She is working diligently to make the retired life happen sooner for herself and for other people. Courtney’s long-term goal is to find financial freedom for herself and her family and to retire at an early age. She is leaning on her real estate experience and investment knowledge to help make this possible. She firmly believes real estate can change your future for the better and can set you and family up for a lifetime of success!.
While learning about investing, Sam worked pro bono at a property management company, leasing low-income apartments. There he gained priceless real estate knowledge and discovered a passion for the real estate world. He later started working in the luxury vacation rental industry in Jackson Hole, WY, where he still resides and invests. He now works as an educational content creator at Rent to Retirement and real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway. He is excited to use his passion for real estate to help clients become successful investors and build long-term wealth along the way.
In addition to his own investments, Tim is also a licensed NYS real estate agent who helps other investors start or scale their portfolios. He is a husband and father of three and loves fitness, traveling and most of all, encouraging and helping others to achieve their goals.
He's originally from San Diego but now calls the world his office. When he's not tapping away at his keyboard, you can find him exploring new countries or hiking in his backyard.

Erica Muller has 21 years of experience in the world of investment properties. She became a licensed real estate agent at 18 years old in the state of FL and within a year of that began working on complex commercial transactions and working with strictly an investor clientele.
She began building complex real estate proforma models to power her client’s investment decisions that have been used by thousands of real estate agents and investors to date. During the 2008-2012 real estate collapse she started a boutique short-term rental (STR) investment company in Kissimmee, FL. She went on to sell over $60M in STR sales volume to investors from all over the world before vacation rentals were a mainstream investment.
In 2018, she stepped away from real estate sales to become a technology founder with the goal of streamlining and automating STR. In 2021 she entered into a data science program to become a data scientist and remains a student with "on the job" training every day in her company.

In 2009, he set the record for most policies written in one year, but believes that no matter how many policies he writes, quality is of the utmost importance.
He currently resides in Memphis, TN where he has received the honor of Tennessee Agent of the Year. Investment Properties are his #1 written policy and his goal is to assist real estate investors to protect their valuable assets in the best way possible.
Steve Trussell has a keen sense of clients’ needs and a passion to stand by their side and assist them until they are satisfied. He has a unique perspective with helping clients. This comes with his years in the real estate and cost segregation industries, understanding of real estate tax advantages, and leadership roles. Steve builds trusted client relationships by advising valued clients on how to accelerate depreciation, in order to take full advantage of tax savings.
During a Cost Segregation Study, Steve works with the team of engineers, clients, and their tax advisors to ensure that all the information included in the cost segregation report is accurate. Mr. Trussell also serves as a bridge between the engineers and clients, ensuring every project is handled with seamless efficiency.
